Common questions
How do I keep score?
Open Golpazo on your Apple Watch, choose who serves first, and tap the top half when you win a point or the bottom half when they do. Double Tap also scores for you. Swipe right for Undo, Swap, Water Lock and End.
Golden point, star point or advantage?
Pick the rules under Rules on the watch, or create presets in the iPhone app (Settings › Rule presets). Star point follows the FIP rule: two advantages, then one deciding point at the third deuce.
My match didn't show up on my iPhone.
Matches transfer automatically when your iPhone and watch are connected. Keep both nearby with Bluetooth on and open Golpazo on the iPhone. A match played with the iPhone out of range arrives the next time they connect.
Shot tracking shows no shots.
Wear your watch on your racket hand and make sure Shot tracking is on in Settings. Allow Motion & Fitness on the watch if it asks. Shot tracking is a Golpazo+ feature and is in beta.
How do friends follow my match live?
Start the match on your watch, then open Golpazo on your iPhone. Tap Share live score on the Live card, type your first name and send the link. Your friends open it in any browser. Your iPhone needs an internet connection and has to stay near your watch.
How do I restore or cancel Golpazo+?
Restore it in Settings › Restore purchases in the iPhone app. Cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
